"Together Again" is a song by American singer Janet Jackson from her sixth studio album, The Velvet Rope (1997). It was written and produced by Jackson and Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, with additional writing by Jackson'due south and then-husband René Elizondo Jr. It was released every bit the 2d unmarried from the album in December 1997 by Virgin Records.
